Two dwellings on one block, designed to work as a pair and to stand on their own. For owners releasing the value sitting in a wide site, and for investors building to sell or hold.

Custom luxury homes
One‑off houses for people who already know what they want. Detail‑heavy joinery, considered materials, and a site run tightly enough that the finish survives the program.
- Working from your architect’s drawings, or we’ll introduce you to one
- Knock‑down rebuilds and difficult, sloping or narrow sites
- Finishes specified early so pricing holds
How a build runs
Five stages, in order, with nothing skipped.
Feasibility
We look at the site, the controls that apply to it, and what it will realistically cost to build — before anyone spends money on drawings.
Design and documentation
With your architect or designer, or one of ours, until the drawings are complete enough to price properly and build from without guesswork.
Approvals
CDC or DA, the certifier, and the reports each pathway asks for. We tell you which route the site suits and what it means for your timeline.
Construction
Billy runs the site and takes the calls. If you want to know where your build is up to, you’re asking the person who was standing on it that morning — not a project manager who has to check and come back to you.
Handover
Defects sorted before you move in, not after. Warranties, manuals and certificates handed over together, in one place.

Licensed and insured
NSW Builder Licence 498282C, with the required home building compensation cover in place on every job that calls for it.
You deal with the director
Billy Morris runs the business and the sites. The person who walks your block is the person who answers the phone.
A scope you can read
A priced scope of works written in plain language, with provisional sums named rather than buried in the back of a contract.
Trades we keep
The same trades across jobs, so quality holds from the slab to the last coat of paint instead of changing with whoever was available.
